Event companies receive Requests for Quotation (RFQs) in every format imaginable — PDFs, email threads, spreadsheets, and free-form briefs. Turning them into a quote means manually reading, extracting requirements, spotting gaps and risks, and pricing line items. It’s slow and error-prone.
